Refund & Exchange
Return and Refund Policy
Since each product is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. However, if there is a defect or issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds and exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items caused during production or shipping.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
Order Cancellations:
